Maple-Bacon Ice Cream
Bacon and maple flavoring make a delicious pair; mix in toffee bits to take this homemade ice cream over the top.
Ingredients
- 10 slices Carolina Pride bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp. maple extract
- ½ cup toffee bits
- 2 (8 oz.) containers whipped cream
Directions
Place sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl. Stir in maple extract and toffee bits. Fold in the whipped cream and bacon. Place mixture in an airtight container. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
