Our Story
Ever since we smoked our first sausages in Greenwood South Carolina back in 1920, we’ve been coming up with bigger, better, and fresher ways to bring our True Southern Taste® to the public. Though our family recipes haven’t changed much, we’re constantly looking for fresh ideas to make our food the very best it can be!
Whether it’s utilizing the specially-selected cuts of meat, the finest ingredients, or honing our time-honored processes, you’ll notice the dedication and passion that goes into making Carolina Pride® meats.
